Where are you located?
We are located at 700 I-45 S in Huntsville, Texas. We’re right across the street from Bill Fick Ford and Hyundai of Huntsville, near Johnson Supply, Amaya’s Collision Center, and Clayton Homes on the freeway service road to I-45. We’re a little over two miles north of Elkins Lake Estates on I-45, and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Huntsville and SHSU via Hwy 19 or Sam Houston Avenue.
What days are you open?
Our tenants enjoy convenient 24/7 access to their storage unit, and our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but are available by appointment.
Do you offer RV, boat, or vehicle storage?
We sure do! We have uncovered RV parking, boat parking, and vehicle parking options. Our exterior 10x40 parking spaces also have electric hookups, perfect for motorhomes or RVs. With convenient 24/7 access to our fenced and gated facility, you can come pick up your boat or camper early in the morning for a long weekend at Sam Houston National Forest, Lake Conroe, Lake Livingston, Trinity River, or Davy Crockett National Forest. When the weekend is over, you’ll be able to drop off your RV or boat at our facility anytime, whether you get back in the early afternoon or the middle of the night.
How do I know if I need a climate controlled storage unit?
Climate controlled storage units protect your items from fluctuating temperatures outside and reduce the likelihood that your items will be damaged by the Texas heat. We highly recommend climate controlled storage for electronics, wood furniture, appliances, antiques, document storage, and treasured family items. It’s the best way to protect your stuff from potential negative effects of long or short-term storage in an environment with varying temperatures.
Do you sell boxes and moving supplies?
Yes! We offer boxes, packing supplies, locks, mattress covers, and more at very competitive prices. Swing by our office during our weekly office hours, Monday through Friday from Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm to pick up your moving supplies and storage necessities.
How secure is your storage facility?
We pride ourselves on our high-quality security. In fact, our fenced and gated storage facility features top-of-the-line security features, like digital keypad access, bright exterior lighting, high-tech security cameras, and a resident manager who lives on-site and keeps an eye on the facility. We keep our facility clean and well-kept, and we closely monitor all activity on the property to prevent unwanted visitors or pests.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. We highly recommend online bill payments to stay on top of your monthly rent payment. You can even set up autopay, which automatically pays your bill on the first of the month when rent is due so you never miss a payment.
